I. The Fulfillment Window

To ensure your selection reaches you promptly, orders enter our Atelier Handling Stage within one business day. Requests for modifications or cancellations must be initiated immediately to be eligible for review.

II. How to Request a Change

If you wish to update your shipping coordinates or refine your style selection, please contact our Style Concierge immediately with your order number and full name. We will make every effort to harmonize your request before the piece departs our facility.

III. Address & Style Accuracy

Precision is key to a seamless delivery.Vegawearshop is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete address details provided at checkout. Once a shipping label has been generated or transferred to our elite carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), modifications are no longer possible.

IV. Reversals & Refunds
